From my first visit, Karen has been brilliant, from giving me a tour of the factory to helping out with all my questions and even dealing with the insurance company. A great job by Gary, Karen and the team. Problems discovered under the old flooring where quickly rectified by Darren and Gavin which I doubt that other floor suppliers would have been able to complete as quickly, if at all. Communication throughout was great and we are delighted by the finished product.
